Pamela Halton
Integrative Counsellor, Art Therapist and Art Psychotherapist with Play Therapy Skills Founder of Rose Cottage Therapy Centre
I am an accredited integrative counsellor and art psychotherapist, passionate about supporting
people of all ages to navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths.
I work collaboratively with adults, adolescents, and children, always moving at your pace
and with your personal goals at the centre.
For younger children, I use many creative interventions like play therapy, and or art
therapy, to help them express themselves, understand their feelings, and build coping skills
in a safe and supportive way.
At Rose Cottage Therapy Centre, sessions can take place in our indoor therapy rooms or in
our dedicated outdoor therapy space. The outdoor environment offers a calming, natural
setting where children and adults alike can feel more relaxed and open. Sometimes, walking,
playing, or creating outside allows feelings to emerge more freely than in a traditional room
setting.
This combination of indoor and outdoor spaces means therapy can adapt to your comfort and
needs—whether that’s a quiet conversation, creative expression, or movement in the fresh air.
I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts
and experiences freely. Together, we’ll strengthen your self-awareness and develop tools to
respond to life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
